Um... opps?

Yes... so it's possibly been several months since I last posted here. I was going to just... stop writing here, because I'm busy.. but then I re-read all my old posts, and decided that I'd really like to post more often.
It's holidays here at the moment (two weeks at the end of the first term of the year) and I've actually done a LOT of cooking... but haven't recorded any of it unfortunatly.

The only thing I have to offer at the moment is a photo of the chicken quesadillas I made for dinner the other night with refried beans, guacamole and sourcream.... yummy!!
But I will take more photos, and I'll try to start posting again.
